Established in 1998, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling and sauvignon blanc. Each year, approximately 1350 cases are produced under labels that include BIRTHDAY VILLA WINES. Bishops Rock welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
