Following previous collaborations on Harakiri and Shanghai Bolero, French choreographer Didier Theron returns to Perth to re-create an expanded version of his latest work for 3rd Year Bachelor of Arts students. ATALANTAS references mythology, presenting a cast of warriors: women of action and conviction who fight for their future, their place as women and their freedom. Kim McCarthy and Leanne Stojmenov will re-stage excerpts from Don Quixote for 2nd and 3rd Year ballet students. 2nd Year Bachelor of Arts students will also perform a new contemporary work.

When the forces of money and orthodoxy bear down on him, the 17th century scientist learns that lies are necessary to survive – but at what cost to his soul? Prepare ye for Godspell, the beloved classic musical from Stephen Schwartz, the Grammy and Academy Award-winning composer of Wicked and Pippin. Based on the Gospel According to St. Matthew, Godspell is presented in a series of skits and songs, with Jesus and his disciples presented as loving clowns. This timeless tale of friendship, loyalty and love features classic songs including By My Side, All for the Best and the international smash hit, Day By Day.
