Australian Distilling Co. is dedicated to crafting spirits that pay homage to the beautiful cities and regions of Australia. Each sip is designed to embody the character of the city’s distinctive locals. Australian Distilling Co. gins make the perfect gift this Christmas. Visit their website for further information and to order online. The last date for online orders is December 13 however their products can also be purchased in stores.

To truly capture the essence of a place, distilling occurs in the city itself. Australian Distilling Co’s master distiller, Dr Graham Jones, partners with local distilleries across the country to explore ingredients and create flavours that embrace the spirit of the region. This way, each gin says something about the community it was inspired by.

With a range that covers classic gin profiles like a juniper-forward London Dry style and Navy Strength expressions, The Australian Distilling Co. has also developed more contemporary expressions, such as their Rhapsody Ruby Gin, a great summer sip that will make the perfect gift this festive season. The gin achieves a balance between dry juniper and floral notes through the infusion of T-Bars’ Serendipi-T fruit tea blend. In 2021, Rhapsody Ruby won Gold at both the SIP International Spirits Competition and San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The growing success of their pair of WA Gin expressions in Perth and further afield, has seen The Australian Distilling Co. build towards the future. Their Fremantle Gin strikes a perfect balance between the strong flavours of menthol, black pepper and peppermint creating a smooth drinking experience. The award-winning Perth Gin pairs boronia with lemon myrtle to capture a sense of the clear blue skies, stunning coastline and cosmopolitan precincts of the city. Within two short years, Perth Gin has been recognised around the world for quality, boasting a total of 11 major international awards at major spirits competitions.
