If you’re feeling thirsty then you’ll probably want to keep reading, because we’ve put together your go-to guide for the best upcoming beer events taking place across WA. From small classes at your favourite local breweries to full-on festivals, we’ve got your all-important beer events schedule covered for the rest of the summer.

Wish You Were Beer Mar 9, The Brig Amity, Albany

As part of the renowned 3 week food and drink event Taste Great Southern, Wish You Were Beer is the ultimate evening for all discerning beer lovers – and it takes place on a boat! We're sold. You can expect to try a unique beer especially brewed for the event by the master brewer from Wilson Brewing Co, paired with some fresh seafood from local restaurant, Liberte. All aboard!

Beer Club at Whitfords Held on the 4th Thursday of every month, Whitfords Brewing Company

The first Beer Club event of the year is coming up, and what better way to time it than with the Australia Day long weekend? The team at Whitfords Brewing Company are offering beer lovers the chance to hear their master brewer wax lyrical about all things beer. Ken Arrowsmith will be pairing BeerLand’s core range of beers, as well as some blind tastings, and matching them with Aussie inspired BBQ bites. Because nothing says true blue like a cold beer and a barbie.

South West Craft Beer Festival Mar 3, 3 Oceans Winery, Margaret River

This epic annual craft beer festival returns for its 7th year down south, featuring over 20 breweries from Mandurah to Denmark. But don’t be put off if you’re not super keen on beer, because 3 Oceans Winery is the host venue, and they’ll be providing some delicious wines and ciders to accommodate all tastes.

Brewed Laughter – Beer Tasting with a comedian Various dates and venues from Feb 2 – 24, Fremantle, Rottnest & Perth

What do you get when you put together a comedian and a beer-drinking expert? We’re not entirely sure, but it’s bound to be good times. This unique Fringe World event is being held at three different venues in Fremantle, Rottnest and Perth CBD, featuring a new comedian and a different beer every night – so you can go and see the show three times if you love it that much!

Little Creatures Beer School Classes run once a month, Creatures Next Door

If you’re ready to go above and beyond the call of duty for beer, then Little Creatures Beer School is for you. Join the legendary Creatures crew one evening to learn about all things beer – you’ll get to see how some of your favourite brews are made and hear about all the technicalities behind the brewing process (and drink amazing beer too, of course).
