An annual favourite in our events calendar, UnWined Subiaco will be returning to Subiaco's Market Square Park from November 28 - 29 for the largest showcase of local wineries in WA. The festival celebrates its 10th birthday this year, with a fantastic program including wine tastings, food stalls, a silent disco, lawn games and live music.

There'll be over 200 wines from over 30 wineries offering tastings, and wines by the glass and bottles available for purchase, so you can sample a wide range of boutique wines from diverse wine regions across WA, and then take a few home to stock up your cellar. There will also be a selection of craft breweries, gin distilleries and food stalls for you to explore, plus live performances from local artists.

It promises to be a glorious weekend of live music, wine appreciation and delicious food in the park.

Whether you are a wine connoisseur, a lover of craft beer, or avid festival-goer, it’s a great day out with friends and family where you can discover new and unique wines and drinks, enjoy great food, and listen to laid-back indie tunes in the heart of Subiaco.

General tickets include entry, a souvenir tasting glass, complimentary wine tasting from wine stalls, complimentary wine locker for your convenience and live music.

What to expect at Unwined 2020

Silent Disco / Lawn Games

Head to the undercover music haven to dance away at UnWined's silent disco! A new addition to the festival program and supported by the City of Subiaco, it will be hosted in three sessions from 12noon - 3.30pm and 5.30pm - 9pm on Saturday Nov 28, and from 12.30pm - 4.30pm on Sunday Nov 29. Alternatively, you can challenge your friends and family to giant lawn games set up under the shade of the trees.

Live Music

Local Perth artists Distraction Duo and Mike Nayar will be performing on both days at the Vibe Hotel Music Gazebo, providing the ultimate, relaxed backdrop to your wine appreciation session. Bringing RnB/Pop/Soul music to life in an acoustic setting, Distraction Duo is comprised of Sarah (vocals) and Michael (guitar & backing vocals) and offers the perfect balance between upbeat dance and relaxing background music. Mike Nayar hails from the streets of Fremantle, and has performed all over the world in his 20 years as a professional musician and songwriter. He will play a selection of crowd favourites, adding his own spin on iconic tunes.
