It’s time to pamper the little pooch at The City of Wanneroo’s special Dog’s Breakfast on 6 October – and best of all, it’s free! The City has organised a spectacular breakfast for cherished canines at the Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex.

Running from 9am to 1pm, the pooches extravaganza includes free vet checks, fun competitions and a variety of exhibitors to peruse. Plus, you can savour the memories in their fur-friendly photo booth or have your trusty bestie stretched (and frame at home forever!).

Food will be available for both humans and canines with bespoke dog treat vendors.


The Mayor of the City of Wanneroo Tracey Roberts said that she is always looking forward to this event.

“There is no doubt Dog’s Breakfast is a great day out, and I can’t wait to see families enjoying time with their much loved pooches,” she said.

“This is a free event that truly has something for the entire family – including the dogs!”

Rangers from the City of Wanneroo will also be available on-site for any queries, and the customer service centre team will be available to renew dog registrations.

The City has advised keeping canines on a lead to avoid any running amuck business. It ought to go without saying, but leave all other pets at home (yes that mean cats!) – only dog lovers allowed.
