Catch a romantic screening of Call Me By Your Name at Luna Palace Cinemas

When it comes to the art of romance, sometimes you can’t beat a classic night out at the cinema. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Luna Palace Cinemas are hosting special screenings of arthouse favourite, Call me by your name at Luna Outdoor and Luna on SX. Set in the gorgeous Italian Riviera, the film follows the beautiful love story between Elio (Timothée Chalamet) and Oliver (Armie Hammer). Book your spots here.

Support bushfire victims who lost their homes at the Telethon Community Cinemas

After a disastrous week of fires in the Perth Hills, independent incorporated charity Telethon Community Cinemas has decided to donate all proceeds from the Valentine's Day outdoor cinema screenings to the Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund for bushfire victims. So, if you're after a more relaxed date night, pack a picnic and rug and snuggle up in the park as you watch Notting Hill in Burswood, Bridesmaids in Murdoch, Pretty Woman in Bassendean or Dirty Dancing at ECU Joondalup, all while supporting a charity in dire need right now.

Trap your date into spending hours with you at an escape room challenge

Although the thought of being locked up in a room might make some shiver, it can also make for the perfect date, as it guarantees you hours of closeness with your victim/date of choice. For those looking for a fun and interactive Valentine’s Day idea, why not test out your team work skills (and patience) as you solve your way out of one of Perth’s most popular escape rooms - Escape This. There are many rooms to choose from; from Dracula’s graveyard to The Cannibal’s lair to a bank heist! So, if you’re ready to show-off your problem-solving skills, choose your perfect escape here.

Enjoy live music in a unique setting at Zoocoustics

Fancy a night at the zoo? Back by popular demand, Zoocoustic will be returning to Perth Zoo to sweep you off your feet with two dreamy acoustic gigs. Pack a picnic or grab a bite from the food trucks, before sitting back and relaxing in the surrounds of the zoo’s lush garden. Then get ready to be serenaded all evening by Perth local singer-songwriter Riley Pierce, who has over 50 million streams to date and has toured through Australia, Europe and the UK. He will be supported on the night by Teischa, and Olivia & Reuben De Melo. Grab your tickets here. Harbourside Freo
