Unearthed Pemberton Festival

Discover some of the Southern Forests’ hidden treasures and delights at the Unearthed Pemberton Festival from May 3rd to May 10th. The festival will showcase the region’s premier food and wine producers, art and natural attractions. Create your own itinerary from the array of craft workshops, exhibitions and tours on offer at the festival – and don’t skip the chance to sample some of the region’s famed truffles and truffle products.

Vancouver Street Festival

Hosted by The City of Albany, the Vancouver Street Festival is a free celebration of history, community and the arts in the Great Southern region. Taking place along Vancouver Street on May 11th from 11am, festival-goers will experience a variety of delicious food and live entertainment as well as artisan markets, craft displays and a history walk.

Airnorth Cable Beach Polo

The nation’s most glamorous beach sporting event, the Airnorth Cable Beach Polo, will return to the spectacular Cable Beach on May 18th and 19th. The event combines fashion, music and gourmet delights with the thrill and excitement of a world-class tournament. The Margaret River Pro

Margaret River will host a stop of the prestigious World Surf League Championship Tour from May 27th. Head down to Surfer’s Point and be a part of the action as the world’s finest surfing talent battle it out on the world-class waves. Be sure to explore the beautiful Margaret River region whilst you are there since there are over 170+ things to do! The competition ends on June 7th.

Kalbarri Canoe and Cray Carnival

The annual Kalbarri Canoe and Cray Carnival is running from May 31st to June 2nd. Coinciding with the Kalbarri adventure race, the Adventure-thon Demolish, the festival will bring together several exciting sea-themed events and exhibitions to promote and celebrate Kalbarri. In addition, expect live music, markets, fireworks and plenty of interactive children’s activities.
