There’s nothing better than a nice big bowl of ramen to keep you warm on the colder nights, and in Perth, we are lucky enough to have a host of Japanese restaurants making ramen the traditional way, with pulled noodles, well-seasoned miso-based broth and a perfectly soft-boiled egg. Top that off with a dash of melt-in-your-mouth sliced pork and a sprinkling of nori and you can’t go wrong. Here are a few places to try out.

Located just across the road from Perth Town Hall, NAO is open every day for your ramen needs, Sunday and Monday 11:30am-3:30pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30am to 6:00pm.
