One of Perth's most-loved bars has announced a three-week Gin & Tonic Gala, taking place September 7 - 27, 2020. A popular hub for gin-lovers renowned for their famous gin-wheel, The Flour Factory will be hosting a range of gin-focused events including gin-infused dinners, gin masterclasses, and gin yoga.
Running throughout the Gala from 5pm, you can book in for a four-course gin-infused dinner paired with four gins, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
If you've noticed the new window display at The Flour Factory, comprised of over 600 butterflies, it's just a little taster of an exciting venue installation from DUO Events Creative Studio, set to be revealed on Monday September 7. Check out the special events on offer below.
Gin Masterclasses
Held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5.30pm, join the Flour Factory team in their 'Flour Lane' space for an exploration of four iconic gins: Tanqueray, Gordon’s Pink, Bombay Sapphire and Fords Gin. The team will take you through the history, production and styles of various gins, with tonic and garnish pairings and nibbles.
Petal Heads WA Native Florals Workshop
Head to the bar on Thursday 10 September for an evening of floristry hosted by local Perth florists, Fox & Rabbit. At this workshop you'll craft your own floral bouquet featuring local WA native flowers. Plus, you'll receive a glass of sparkling on arrival, and a G&T to help get those creative juices flowing. Yin & Gin
Indulge in an hour of tranquil yin yoga flow led by the team at Bodhi J in the stunning upstairs space at The Flour Factory. Afterwards, you'll be able to wind down with a delicious G&T and nibbles from the kitchen. Bring your own yoga mat and book

Clash of the Gins II
Following on from the success of their World Gin Day in June, The Flour Factory will be hosting another Clash of the Gins event, whereby four iconic gin brands will battle it out to see which gin reigns supreme. Gin Gala Carnival Finale
The Flour Factory's Gin Gala will culminate in a Gin Carnival finale on Sunday 27 September, Midday – 4pm, which will see The Flour Factory transformed into a gin temple, with live DJs, $10 Gin & Tonics, $200 Gin & Tonica Trees, cocktail specials, gin tastings and exclusive gin-infused snacks available to purchase. There will also be floral nail art and flower crown workshops available to book in for on the day, hosted at their rooftop space The Sherry.
