Through clever design, this luxurious end-of-trip facility provides tenants of the Quadrant a level of comfort above and beyond other facilities.

The Quadrant's end-of-trip facility is a fully integrated zone that offers tenants an array of amenities including bike racks, lockers and change rooms in a comfortable and luxurious purpose-built space.

Located on the Quadrant's upper carpark level, the end of trip area is split into three functional zones. Bike storage offers a secure location, with two different options for storage. The bathrooms offer a day spa-like feel, featuring bespoke joinery, ambient lighting and complementary luxury amenities such as a daily towel service and hair straighteners, while shower tiles laid at a 45-degree angle provide thoughtful detailing.

The journey of the guest experience is continued in the locker room, where the material and colour selection offer a bright, functional solution and premium finish.

Bikes are catered for with a repair stand, air pump, and CCTV security monitoring of bike areas.

This facility provides the building with a highly covetable amenity within a competitive leasing market. It was created over a void in the existing basement carpark in order to add use to the building without reducing net lettable area or compromising the property's asset value.

Most importantly, the space offers an experiential, luxury lifestyle facility that supports the City of Perth's cycle plan and contributes to the wellbeing of a balanced CBD community.
