Artworks featured at The Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery this spring.

ROSS POTTER

Vent | $5000
Graphite on paper

Artist | Ross Potter is a Fremantle-based artist, with a strong focus on illustrating
local heritage buildings. Using graphite on paper, Potter endeavours to capture the grittiness and evolution of his subjects.

Artwork | The continuing creative activity that goes on inside this juggernaut contradicts the very word 'abandoned'. As the afternoon light dances with the interior, it exposes the aftermath of the contributors' creative venting. This piece is part of Potter's exhibition AS IS at the Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery.

LINDSAY POW

Jarrahdale | $4200
Oil on canvas

Artist | Lindsay Pow is an acclaimed Western Australian landscape artist whose work is represented in State Galleries within Australia, and in public and private galleries throughout the world.

Artwork | Through bold and innovative use of brush and painting knife, Lindsay Pow captures the unique intricacies of Western Australian light and shadows. This piece is part of Pow's exhibition The Light in the West at the Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery, his 30th solo show.
