Eagle’s Rest is a boutique, family owned and operated winery from Pokolbin Hunter Valley is named after the resident wedged-tailed eagles to honour the beauty and wildness of the land

It was their passion for wines that have purpose, that capture a sense of time and place that ignited their desire to start a label. When they first stumbled upon Maluna, they knew that it would be the goal to tell it's story through wine.

The vineyard team are told to always farm with love. Machinery is limited and many tasks are done by hand. They’re passionate about finding natural solutions to problems and minimising the impact on the surrounding environment.They continue to learn and improve with each new vintage.

PLACE AND PURPOSE Eagle’s Rest hand-craft small-batch wines exclusively from their Maluna vineyard which aim to capture a sense of time and place. Each of their wines is an expression of the land, the climate and the vintage. This means that no two wines will be the same and it's a concept they fully embrace in their winemaking.

Farming and hand-crafting wines from the vineyard is their passion and purpose. They have no desire to grow into a large industrialised winery, and aim to keep it small and intimate, maintain the quality and keep the vision and the passion alive.
