Established in 1988, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, viognier and sparkling. Each year, approximately 25 000 cases are produced under labels that include Phaedrus and Mister Wolf.

Philip Shaw Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
