Thistle Hill is a winery located in the acclaimed Mudgee wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 1976, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, chardonnay, shiraz, shiraz cabernet, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 12 000 cases are produced. Thistle Hill welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
