Capercaillie Wines

Capercaillie Wines is a winery located in the acclaimed Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales.

Established in 1995, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, durif, merlot, petit verdot, pinot noir, semillon, shiraz, verdelho, fortified, dessert and sparkling.

Each year, approximately 5000 cases are produced under labels that include La Lune, En Soleil and CJ Range.

Capercaillie Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have accommodation available to stay at on sitepicnic facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
