Saltire Wines is a winery located in the absolutely stunning Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 2008, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include sangiovese, shiraz, verdelho and fortified. Each year, approximately 5000 cases are produced.

Saltire Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
