David Hook Wines

David Hook Wines is a winery located in the absolutely stunning Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales.

Established in 1983, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include barbera, cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, nebbiolo, pinot gris, pinot noir, prosecco, riesling, sangiovese, semillon, shiraz, vermentino, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 10 000 cases are produced under labels that include David Franz.

David Hook Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have accommodation available to stay at on site, a restaurant and gallery to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
