The Babbo Natale at Garum
To celebrate Babbo Natale (A.K.A. the Italian version of Santa Claus),

Hearth is located on the ground floor of The Ritz-Carlton, and features stunning views of Elizabeth Quay. Offering their own boozy version of the advent calendar, they have been running ‘25 Days of Cocktails’. Switching up the potion each day, expect classic cocktails with a Christmas spin including winter fizz and white Christmas dream.
