At LifestyleBoom we offer over 40+ Reformer Pilates classes a week. Our class schedule offers plenty of variety that will leave you feeling challenged and energised.

We have a maximum of 12 people per Reformer Pilates class. You can be assured you will receive the personal attention you need to achieve perfect technique and amazing results. One on one sessions are also available.

We believe in having fun while moving our bodies. Our classes, instructors and choice of music reflect this

Our equipment is state of the art. We use the Allegro 2 Pilates reformer which allows a lot variety with the moves we are able to include into our classes.

We offer the services of a Physiotherapist to all of our new clients for a free one on one initial assessment. Whether your enquiry is regarding a past injury, health goal or because you are using a Pilates reformer for the first time, our physiotherapist is able to offer you support and guidance if needed.

Description

Luna is Perth's funkiest cinema and home to the legendary Monday Double Features. In summer Luna extends outside with the licensed Luna Outdoor courtyard cinema.

The Luna Lounge a great spot to grab a bevvie before or after the movies.  Luna Leederville is just a few minutes from central Perth. There's plenty of parking available off Vincent Street behind the supermarket or at the rear of the Leederville Hotel, or at the end of Oxford Street in the car park opposite the Leederville Train Station. We're also easy to reach by public transport. The Leederville Train Station is just a short stroll down Oxford St and Buses nos 15 and 401 will drop you at our door.

 

Luna Outdoor Cinema

Luna Outdoor is a unique outdoor garden cinema where you can relax in comfy bean bags and watch the latest films on the latest digital technology.

Luna Outdoor Cinema is located behind the cinema at 155 Oxford Street, Leederville. Tickets are to be purchased from the indoor box office and entry is either through the laneway or the Luna Lounge.  The outdoor cinema is fully licensed and has a range of snack options – please go to the Food and drink section of this website to find out more.

The seating is a mixture of bean bags and table and chair seating.   It is an intimate outdoor venue, and therefore it has not only become home to a number of gnomes, it has also become advisable to pre purchase tickets – especially during the busy summer holiday period.

And feeling more 'present' and connected, having better relationships, being less scattered, getting less stressed, and not letting fears and/or other people's egos run your life are the result of learning to be soul and spirit present. The multi-purpose facility boasts a renowned art gallery, co-working spaces and creative spaces that are available for use and hire by young people and the community at large.

HQ is has an innovative youth development framework and specialises in providing for young people, but is not limited to any age bracket with everyone welcome. 

The HQ art gallery, gig space and facility can be found at 60A Frame Court in the heart of Leederville. The centre is open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with weekend hours varying depending on events. Click here to view our events.

Space Hire

HQ has a number of versatile spaces for use and hire by young people and the community at large. These include:

HQ Gig Space - an event space suitable for live music events, performance, seminars, training and workshops.

HQ Gallery - a professionally outfitted exhibition space that is available for hire by emerging and established artists. The gallery is available for free to artists under 26 years of age (conditions apply) or for discounted rates for older, established artists. The space is also suitable for small functions, workshops or seminars.

HQ Courtyard - a large open, outdoor area suitable for outdoor performance, markets or gatherings. The space is fully enclosed by a wall sporting a continually evolving display of urban art produced by local young people.

HQ Hot Desk Space - a series of versatile office/workspaces for use on a casual basis by young people requiring a place to launch or develop small business initiatives in a supportive, easily accessible environment. Work & meeting spaces are available for hire by the hour, day or week with discounted rates for young people and the community/not for profit sector. The space is equipped with a wireless internet connection, computers and telephones for use by space users and also provides mentoring and access to professional development opportunities for users.

All HQ spaces are inclusive and accessible to people of all backgrounds and abilities.
