Joondalup Spring Markets

Over 4 Friday nights Central Walk will be transformed into a hub of activity for the 2019 Spring Markets.

Description

Shoppers will have access to handmade and homemade products plus live music, entertainment, workshops and demonstrations each week. Ease into the weekend, meet friends after work or bring the family to support small business and enjoy the Spring Markets.

Relay For Life Joondalup Wanneroo

Relay For Life is a fun filled 24-hour event of team building, laughter, celebration and remembrance.

Description

It is a team event like no other in Western Australia, which embraces the passion and spirit of the community at large. Teams of 10-15 people challenge themselves to complete a 24 hour relay style walk or run to keep the baton moving around the track to signify that cancer never sleeps - so neither do we

Participants and visitors experience a carnival style atmosphere complete with live entertainment, fancy dress, kids activities, camping out, special breakfast and spot prizes. Prizes include highest fundraising team, best costume, best decorated tent site and most laps by a team and an individual. The most moving part is the Candlelight Ceremony where everyone comes together to pay tribute to the special people in their lives who fighting, have fought or lost their battle with cancer.

Description

In 2019 the Little Feet Festival transforms into an "Imagination Wonderland", encouraging children to bring along their big ideas, explore their dreams and seek out inspiration through creativity and play.

Stay tuned for program highlights on the City of Joondalup's social media platforms.  Programs will be available on arrival at the event.
