Description
The estate is named after the town of Aylesbury from which the Gibbs family hailed, first moving to the Ferguson Valley in 1883. The 22 acre vineyard is part of a family owned farm that has been passed down through five generations. It was cleared by hand by current owner Ryan Gibbs’ ancestor Samuel in the late 1800s. Various crops and herds were farmed on the land until vines were planted in 1998. The property is 200 hectares in total with approximately 9 hectares under vine.
The Ferguson Valley's climate is similar to south-west Europe; with cool wet winters and warm dry summers, perfect for grape-growing on the property's 200 hectares. Native Australian forests surrounding the property provides pure, clean water for vines throughout the summer, supported by fertile loam helping to retain moisture.
Aylesbury Estate makes a Sauvignon Blanc and a Merlot.

Description
Jan and Merv Hart purchased their Ferguson Valley property in 1993 and planted the first vineyard in 1995. All wines are made with fruit from the estate, and state-of-the-art viticultural techniques are utilised to manage their immaculate vineyard.
The Wines
Varieties include Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz Grenache Mouvedre, Shiraz and Port.
Cellar Door
Operated by Jan, the cellar door is well-known for excellent cake, coffee, fine art and cards for sale alongside generous tastings of the estate's wines. Open weekends and public holidays 11am - 5pm.

Description
Situated in one of the most elevated areas of the Ferguson Valley, development of the Talisman vineyard began in 1999 by Kim and Jenny Robinson. The unique site is surrounded by the Wellington National Park, with select grape varieties matched with the property's soil types and sloping landscapes. The superb quality fruit of the vineyard, which is grown under the watchful eye of Victor Bertola, is complemented by the delicate style of acclaimed winemaker Peter Stanlake. The winery was notably awarded 'Small Producer of the Year' in 2017 by the West Australian Wine Guide.
Find is in the Upper Ferguson Valley, just around the corner from Gnomesville. Access to our cellar door is off Weetman Road in Wellington Mill. Our cellar door is currently open Saturday and Sunday 11-4:30pm and any other time via appointment - don't be shy!

Description
After an extensive search, Jeff and Vicki Dewar found their Ferguson Valley property, situated high on the western watershed of the Darling Ranges. In 1997 they planted vines on the picturesque, 180 hectare hillside property, which high rainfall, dry summer seasons and Marri soils to produce quality fruit for premium wine production. Respected Western Australian winemaker Rob Bowen joined the team in 1999.
The Wines
Wines are made under four labels; Dragonfly, Estate, Black Dog and Maris Sol. Varieties include Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon and a Tempranillo Cabernet and a traditional method Blanc de Blancs.
