Newforms Landscape Architecture was founded in 2001 by Ryan Healy and Matt Huxtable, originally as a design and construction business.
Phase3 Landscape Construction was formed in 2007 to allow Newforms to focus on landscape architectural consultancy. Phase3 continued to operate as a landscape contracting and concrete pool construction company with the ability to service other designers. Together they offer beautiful landscapes, concrete pools and water features, with a full service from design through to construction.
The Newforms/Phase3 collaboration has won awards for landscapes and pools since 2002. Ryan and Matt, with construction manager Andrew Rydings, combine to lead a talented team of landscape architects and in-house trades, backed by respected sub-contractors, to deliver exceptional results.
Having designed, co-ordinated and completed the finishes of concrete pool shells by sub-contractors for many years, Phase3’s capacity now includes the construction of concrete pools. This ensures complete control and integration with their landscape projects.
Offering a complete package also ensures a comprehensive service and quality end result.
As qualified landscape architects, attention to detail is paramount, and no project is too complicated. Each design is considered to maximise aesthetic and functional value, ensuring the client’s brief is delivered beyond expectation.
The company’s highly skilled teams of trades and close network of specialised sub-contractors thrive on delivering unique and challenging projects, on time and on budget.
To ensure excellence is maintained consistently, Phase3 intentionally delivers only a limited number of pools a year. This allows a focus on professional and comprehensive service while striving for distinction in quality over quantity.
One of Phase3’s key successes in the delivery of excellent pools and landscapes is its close affiliation and access to the Newforms team of designers. This, and the fact that the owners are landscape architects, enables an inherent understanding and fulfilment of the client’s brief.
In addition, Phase3 also builds other designers’ works, and has a reputation as a reliable team to construct designs as they were intended.
Phase3 pools are constructed to meet relevant Australian Standards and statutory requirements. The company’s service is guided by the professional, ethical and best-practice principles of the Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Western Australia (SPASA WA), of which Phase3 is a member, ensuring your pool is built to the highest standards.
