## Old Dunsborough Beach
This calm swimming spot is ideal for kids and is protected by a shark net during summer. A playground, toilets, showers, barbecues and picnic tables are located nearby. The boat ramp is 200 m away, and fishing from the rocks near the boat launch is popular. Refurbished in 2014, the nearby Blackhurst Park playground has nature-based play equipment that will keep children entertained. Parking can be a little tight when busy, so don’t hesitate to park further away and enjoy a stroll.

## Shark Net
The enclosure extends 100m from the shore and runs for approximately 300m, keeping swimmers safe by acting as a barrier to repel sharks. Involving 7 metal piles drilled into the seabed near the Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp, the enclosure is installed seasonally in the summer months to protect beach go-ers.
