Profile
Located on the southern coast of Phillip Island, visitors can easily drive to the Kitty Miller Bay car park for free and access the beach and shipwreck walk. The shipwreck walk is a main attraction, accessible at low tide only, starting at the car park and taking about 1.5 hours to complete. It offers stunning views of the coastline. Kitty Miller Bay is also a great spot for snorkeling, swimming, and surfing, with a nice small wave for surfers of all abilities on high tide. The beach has rock pools for exploring marine life. The best time to visit is during the summer months of December to February, and it’s important to check the tide times before embarking on the shipwreck walk. For those without a car, a bus tour from Melbourne to Phillip Island includes a stop at Kitty Miller Bay.
