The vines are planted on sun-drenched northern and western facing slopes overlooking the Indian Ocean. With a maritime climate that is perfect for growing wine grapes, Wills Domain showcases fine, artisanal Margaret River wines with its two old vine vineyards – Yallingup Estate (Est 1985) & Wills Domain Estate (Est 1992).
Wills Domain in Western Australia’s world renown Margaret River wine region is home to the Haunold family, father to son vignerons since 1383.
In 2019/17/15/14 the restaurant received awards for Best Regional Restaurant & 2019 Best Regional Chef by the Western Australian Good Food Guide. Also this year the restaurant received a place in the top 15 list “Most Delicious Restaurants” in Australia according to “Delicious” magazine, and a coveted “Hall of Fame” position in John Lethlean’s “The Australian HOT 50”.The restaurant overlooks rolling vine-covered hills of Yallingup and the seasonal, fine dining menu has a focus on sustainable, wild harvested produce by Head Chef, Seth James.
