The Fresh and Pale Ales, Lager, IPA, Bao Bao and Cider are our “regulars,” but there’s nothing regular about them. We’re talking elegant saisons bittered with local Margaret River herbs, and cider made with 100 per cent West Australian apples. Our one-off, seasonal and large format releases, meanwhile, which include Blackberry Gose and a Raspberry and Rhubarb Sour, walk an even more adventurous path.
But that’s what Black Brewing Co. is all about. We develop and discover new brews all the time, and a sunny day of tastings at our Margaret River restaurant and bar could lead to many places. Dropping a line in at Sugarloaf? Sure. Catching and cooking marron around a bonfire? Even better.
