Sin Gin is nano (this means really really small) award winning distillery that started at The Murray Hotel in West Perth, Western Australia in 2016 and moved to a purpose built distillery in the Swan Settlers Market in the Swan Valley in 2019. Mark Harris, former air-traffic controller now distiller, is creating stunning spirits full of local and international botanicals. Mark has found his passion in distilling. He's created seven different gins for the Seven Deadly Sin Gins Range, Australian Aquavit, Perth Pink Gin and Australian Dry Gin the flagship of the range.
