Kartel is a worn, sun-drenched outpost – the kind of hideout frequented by golden era jewel thieves, explorers and movie stars. Drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most iconic, exotic locations in Tijuana, Saigon, Beirut, Havana, Saigon and Mumbai.

Kartel is coming to Elizabeth Quay this December and will be setup right next to the water and underneath the Perth city skyline.  Kartel will be complete with licensed bars, sea containers with rooftop decks, great live music and DJs, and an incredible menu of food from all corners of the globe.
