The Cheese Cathedral holds over 350 different cheeses across the 7 cheese categories, from fresh un-ripened, stretched-cured, white-mould, washed rind, blues, through to semi-hard and hard cheeses. Flavours, trends and innovation is celebrated in-store with tastings, Saturday Servings, and Masterclasses.
