Hoodburger

Hoodburger is a pop-up inspired burger joint that was established by cooking in alleyways of Perth's local nightclubs and bars.

Brothers Matt and Tom Shaw seemingly stumbled across a business after creating Facebook events for burgers in Northbridge. After becoming an undergorund secret, they decided to become more professional and make burgers for everyone to experience on a night out.

Hoodburgers draw inspiration from the traditional American diner burger, but with a twist. Ranging from their classic Philly Cheeseburger with charred red pepper aioli, onion, green peppers, provolone and cheese whiz to their 'Tuesday Test Kitchen' specialities. These include a french onion soup burger consisting of gruyère cheese, parmesan sauce and french onion soup. 

Also on the menu, Hoodburgers offer a range of chicken tenders, delicious sauces and sodas.
