Owners Nino La Verghetta and Michael Tricoli’s passion to bring Italian food to Perth has seen them create a buzz not just in Perth but all around Australia. With regular visits from customer’s nationwide, Pappagallo has definitely taken a bite from Italy and brought it home for all to enjoy.

Most popular for its Pizzas, the chef’s at Pappagallo only use the mixture of flour certified by A.P.I (Associazione Pizzerie Italiana) laquone to create the perfect thin and crispy base which makes the pizza light and easy to digest. The ingredients of the toppings, San Marzano tomato DOP, fior di latte buffalo mozzarella and parma prosciutto will let you experience traditional food without having to travel to Italy.
