Most popular for its Pizzas, the chef’s at Pappagallo only use the mixture of flour certified by A.P.I (Associazione Pizzerie Italiana) laquone to create the perfect thin and crispy base which makes the pizza light and easy to digest. The ingredients of the toppings, San Marzano tomato DOP, fior di latte buffalo mozzarella and parma prosciutto will let you experience traditional food without having to travel to Italy.
