Using the finest Australian honey, almonds, macadamia and pistachio nuts, Mondo Nougat delivers over twenty different varieties of nougat.

The Mondo Nougat story dates back to 1989 when Alfonso Romeo, one of six brothers dedicated to La Dolce Vita (the sweet life), migrated from Italy to Australia with his wife, Antoinetta (Toni) and their three sons, Andrea, Simone and Marco. After opening Mondo Patisserie in Midland, producing and selling a wide range of Italian pastries and desserts, Alfonso shifted his focus to nougat and relocated in 2005 to the Swan Valley as the demand was so high!
