A tranquil rural retreat

We warmly welcome you to our lovingly restored stone cottage on Phillips Road, Greenough just 15mins drive south of Geraldton.  The cottage was built in 1857 by a ticket-of-leave convict.  We offer friendly, quiet and comfortable country hoitality in a smoke free environment.  The Patience room gas a queen bed and the Criddle room has a double bed and a single bed.  These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.  Guests will enjoy a private lounge room with TV and the guest dining room has a small kitchen.

the area of Greenough is rich in history.  Just a short drive away you will find lovely coastal scenery and historic locations to reward the traveller.  Enjoy great food and coffee or relax over a quiet drink whilst stepping back in history.  Explore the Pioneer Museum located opposite the cottage or just a couple of kms away you will find the Central Greenough Historical Settlement. The Greenough River mouth and nature walk and great swimming and fishing beaches are just 10kms away.

During the wildflower season there are many areas abundant with wildflowers that are within a comfortable day trip.
