Cooladerra Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is locally owned, grown and processed in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia. It is a "Tuscan Style" olive oil, a balanced blend of olive varieties; the Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina and Pendalino.
Cooladerra Farm olive oil is catagorised as "medium" with regards to the degree of bitterness and pungency. It has a smooth rich texture, a fruity aroma and an herbaceous, grassy flavour, with a peppery aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
Cooladerra Farm EVOO can be found on many quality Western Australian restaurant menus. From Perth and the Swan Valley to the South West and the Great Southern.
The olive oil is also stored in spotless, stainless steel tanks with the oxygen reserve replaced with nirtogen to prevent oxidization. The olive oil is then bottle on an as needs basis. This ensures the olive oil you are buying is the freshest, tastiest and healthiest possible.
