Description

Situated in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region, the picturesque Passel Estate was established in 2011 by Wendy and Barry Stimpson who originated from England and South Africa and decided to call Margaret River home.

Planted in 1994, the vineyard is gently sloping, and thrives under viticulturist Andy Ferreria's adoption of sustainable practices. Aided by esteemed winemaker Bruce Dukes, Passel Estate's single-vineyard, small-batch wines focus on Margaret River’s hero varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cellar Door

Awarded Best Small Cellar Door in Margaret River by Gourmet Traveller Wine in 2018 is a beautiful location for chic and authentic wine tastings. The contemporary-style tasting room utilises stone walls, timbers and floor to ceiling glass panels to take in the full view of its surrounding bushland conservation sanctuary. Drop in and taste award-winning wines, or participate in Provenance Unearthed, a unique guided tasting experience comparing benchmark varietal wines from different Australian wine regions. Foodies will love the wine and cheese pairing tasting too. Open daily from 10:30am - 5pm.
