Grown on a 45.5 hectare vineyard in Cowaramup, Grand Vin Estate began its journey growing grapes for prominent nearby producers before debuting its own range 2010. The vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
Winemaker John Glaetzer oversees production and is known for his time at Wolf Blass Wines in the Barossa Valley. He is also known as one of Australia’s leading wine judges. A fruit-driven unoaked Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is made, along with a gentle, flavourful Cabernet Merlot.
While there is no cellar door, the wines can be purchased online.
