Great Southern Distilling Company sits on the edge of the Princess Royal Harbour in Albany on the South West coast of Western Australia.

Open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm (excluding Good Friday and Christmas day), the cellar door is a relaxing way to taste through our portfolio.

We also offer a light lunch, fresh, locally roasted coffee, premium cocktails and local beer and wine.

Our team is a group of very friendly and knowledgeable whisky and spirit lovers from Albany.

We hold tours of the distillery on weekends - please call to make a booking.
We will talk you through the history of whisky making and the process itself, followed by a tasting of our whiskies.
