Our Chef creates a wonderful choice of cuisine changing as season and fresh produce dictates. Menus to suit a wide variety of tastes (including great kids menu) and Family friendly with a children's playground. We love to cater for any type of function or corporate event.
Bootleg Brewery opened its doors 1994 after the amazing transformation of a 73-acre block of land in Wilyabrup. Originally brewing a single beer, known as “Bitter Beer”, Bootleg beer has developed greatly over the years, now producing six different brews as well as a seventh seasonal beer. Bootleg beers have won several national and international awards, including “Best Australasian Draught Lager” in 2002 for the Wils Pils; gold medals for the Wils Pils (’02, ’03) and the Raging Bull (’99, ’03, ’04); and silver medals for the Light Lager (’04, ’07), Sou West Wheat (’05, ’06, ’07), Wils Pils (’04, ’08, '10), Settlers Pale Ale (’07), Raging Bull (‘97, ‘98, ‘02, ’05, ’07, ’08, '10), Silver Medal Oatsmill Stout ('10) and The Grandfather (’08) at the Australian-International Beer Awards.
