The Chef
Food is a true passion for Adam Bielawski who is the Head Chef, drawing from his experiences in Perth and Europe. He is honest in his approach to the food and works with the best possible produce available to suit his kitchen style, which is wholesome, seasonal and fresh.
Adam enjoys using locally sourced produce, wholefoods and organic ingredients. With nearly everything apart from the breads being made on the premises, expect a delicious choice of homemade cakes, tarts and salads that change constantly.
Breakfast Menu
The breakfast menu is simplistic and wholesome using home grown organic produce where possible, free range eggs, organic sourdoughs and breads. Adam has selected a smoked bacon for the breakfast menu made by his butcher. All smallgoods are preservative and nitrate free and made with free range meats.
Lunch and Dinner Menu
Lunch and dinner menus change daily based on the produce Adam selects. No printed menus here, just the day’s menu listed on the butcher’s paper behind the counter.
In addition, you can enjoy a range of homemade sweets and savouries on the counter or in the display fridge.
