Boston Brewery

The Boston Brewery (at Willoughby Park), Denmark's first craft brewery where head brewer Fiona Geraty is now making a range of four core beers and seasonal specialities to suit the climate.

Established in 2011, Boston Brewery is one of the first breweries in the Great Southern Region. A four and half hour drive south east of Perth, in the country town of Denmark, Western Australian you will find this one of a kind brewery situated between unpopulated scenic coastlines and untouched karri forests. The brewery itself is a brand new 18 hectolitre system that was installed in November 2015. Increasing capacity by three, the brewery now produces a greater range of beers and come Summer 2016 – packaged products that will be available state wide.

The large facility holds a bit of something for everyone housing Willoughby Park Winery and a brew pub under one roof. The vast outdoor area offers a large children’s play area, a huge lawn with picnic tables and a covered stage for musical events that occur year round.  

Thinking local first in all aspects of the business, Boston Brewery is always looking for ways to contribute to the sustainability of the Denmark community. Empty grain bags are used by the local Parks and Recreation for invasive weed collection, spent grain is given to local farmers to feed their stock, local produce is sourced whenever possible for the restaurant and donations are given to local community groups and sporting teams.
