It is a time to have fun with friends, family and the broader community in mutual and shared love of dance and song, as we celebrate the ultimate triumph of good over adversity, and light over darkness.
After a hugely successful Festival of Lights in 2020, we're so excited to be bringing this FREE EVENT back to the streets of Fremantle again this November!
