We're opening our doors to a lucky few for an exclusive underground Varnish X Buffalo Trace Whiskey Dinner Lock-in!
Join us as we host Buffalo Trace ambassador Nick Harris for an epic tour of five of their most iconic whiskies - including the coveted Weller Special Reserve.
Enjoy a cocktail on arrival before getting stuck into a hearty six-course feast fit for a King:
· Chicken liver parfait w/ crisps & chives
· Shaved porchetta w/ Geraldton Wax & pickled cauliflower
· Kardinya mushrooms w/ Delicata squash & honeycomb
· Fried sprouts w/ watermelon & yoghurt
· WA Brisket w/ chimichurri & marrow butter
· Fudgy pretzel brownie w/ Mr. Black cold brew cream
The doors will be locked so you'll have Varnish exclusively to yourselves until the clock strikes 11pm... Leaving you plenty of time to explore Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare 10yo, Blantons Original & Sazerac 6yo. You'll also be one of the first few West Aussies lucky enough to first sample the exclusive Weller Special Reserve! ??
The evening will close with a Buffalo Trace & Mr. Black Boulevardier - and if that wasn't enough, guests will receive a pre-batch bottled Buffalo Trace luxe chocolate old fashioned to enjoy at home!
