Description

For the first time ever, WAAPA is taking its highly anticipated mid-year musical to the iconic His Majesty’s Theatre in the heart of Perth. And what better way to celebrate than with the Broadway hit show, A Chorus Line.

Through drama, dance and song, A Chorus Line presents a true picture of what it’s like to be in the theatre: glamorous at times but also tough, heartbreaking and sometimes even tragic. One of only nine musicals to ever win the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, this singular sensation scooped a whopping nine Tony Awards and eight Drama Desk Awards when it premiered in 1976 and has been a classic of the musical theatre canon ever since. Memorable musical numbers include What I Did for Love, I Hope I Get It and the wow-factor finale, One.

Tickets available to the public on 10 March at 9am.
