The dinner will be held on Tuesday, 30th April at the Shadow Wine Bar and Dining Room in Northbridge, and our guests will be the first in Australia to enjoy these new vintages. To further appreciate the context of their history we will pour two museum wines alongside the new releases - highlighting the emergence of the Allingham Chardonnay as a powerhouse in this decade and the grandeur of the Abercrombie as it develops over 20 years and beyond.
Our Gourmet Traveller WINE 2018 Winemaker of the Year Janice McDonald will share her perspective on creating the icons and her reflections on the just completed 2018 harvest while you enjoy a bespoke menu designed to match perfectly with current and museum wines.
