6-course dinner featuring West Australian seafood and produce, including canapes on arrival. Prepared by Head Chef Jason Van Druten and renowned Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and matched to Deep Woods Estate wines – including the newly released, trophy-winning Reserve wines.
Multi-award-winning Chief Winemaker Julian Langworthy will take diners through these and other stunning wines on the night.
