The Massed Sax project returns to WAAPA in 2020 with award- winning UK composer, saxophonist and Massed Sax patron, Andy Scott.
Still the biggest saxophone event of its kind in Australia, Massed Sax brings together saxophone players from every corner of Western Australia (and beyond) to join in a celebration of the world’s most versatile instrument. Led by WAAPA saxophone lecturer Matt Styles, visiting artist Andy Scott and The 'Phone Co., this is an event where the saxophone brings together jazz, classical, contemporary and world music!
