Description

Direct from our own Melalueka farms we will explore wagyu beef in different ways to tantalise and challenge the senses.

Anyone for wagyu for dessert?

Terry Siva will be the MC for the night with guest speakers Callan Boys, a national food and wine writer and John Dawkins, the managing director/family member of the Melalueka Farm.

FOR $85 per person you will enjoy four courses and matching great southern wines to three.

The chef, Mark Mate will explore wagyu beef in many forms from raw to cooked and from savoury to sweet.
