Held each November in the stunning Margaret River region, this unique event welcomes 50 of the world's top food and wine personalities for unforgettable dining experiences over 3 delicious days.
Margaret River Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac is one of Australia's most-anticipated celebrations of food and wine, described by returning star Nigella Lawson as an "astonishing" event in a "magical" destination. Joining Nigella are 45 of the world's biggest culinary stars including Rick Stein, Skye Gyngell, James Lowe and Julien Royer, as well as Australia's best culinary talent such as Guy Grossi, Luke Mangan and Guillaume Brahimi, who'll head to Western Australia's South West to collaborate with amazing local talent to celebrate the world-class produce of the region.
The diverse program of events will see 45 food and wine events take place in more than 25 unique locations. There's something to suit all tastes, from a pop-up Mexican Cantina, Vegan Italian Feast and Chinese banquet - to barbecues on white sandy beaches and feasts in the forest.
The centrepiece of the festival is The Gourmet Village. Situated on the immaculate grounds of Leeuwin Estate Winery, culinary superstars unite for a fine time. Festival-goers can enjoy cooking demos, wine tastings, shopping from artisan producers, kids cooking classes, live music and more.
