MMRC Case Coordinators deliver a monthly Women's Support Group at Hainsworth Centre in Girrawheen. The group is a great way to build friendships, learn new skills and establish community links

Metropolitan Migrant Resource Centre's Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program offers a Women's Support Group to engage women living in the community who are eligible humanitarian and other visa holders who have lived in Australia for less than 5 years. The Women's Support Group fosters engagement and participation in migrant women who are often vulnerable and marginalised. Group activities include but are not limited to:

• Cooking • Information sessions • Sewing and craft • Exercise • Games • Beauty sessions
